Wintrgarden announces partnership with top-rated HR-software provider Lever

We are happy to announce that Wintrgarden has officially partnered up with the US-based software provider “Lever”, one of top-rated recruiting systems on the market. This means that Wintrgarden together with Lever offers a standard integration that connects Lever’s powerful ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to Wintrgarden’s platform. Both Lever and Wintrgarden advocate for a proactive way of hiring that puts relationships at the center of all talent attraction efforts. Our shared philosophy makes it even more self-understanding that our software solutions should connect and communicate seamlessly. This goal has now been achieved and together we can elevate the talent attraction process to new heights. Organizations that employ both Lever and Wintrgarden are offered three benefits:

1. Automated job distribution.

Through the Lever-Wintrgarden integration, Talent Acquisition professionals can automatically match relevant candidates in the Wintrgarden talent community with job openings in Lever and encourage them to apply.

2. Staying in touch with silver medallists.

Conversations with qualified candidates don’t need to end anymore when a job opening is closed. Almost-hires from the recruitment process can automatically be invited to the talent community so organizations are able to keep up the dialogue.

3.Synchronization of recent hires.

The Wintrgarden – Lever integration keeps data points always up to date by automatically archiving talents that are marked as hires in the Applicant Tracking System.
